To make these sausages a little bit different we’ve added a great herby taste. Feel free to add your favourite herbs!
- Into a bowl place the black pepper, mint, parsley, mixed herbs and rosemary, add the burger or sausage mixture and stir well together.
- Make up the burger or sausage mixture according to packet instructions.
- Onto a floured surface roll out sausages to desired thickness and length.
- Fry in oil until cooked.
