Garlic and Onion Sausages
These sausages are flavoured with garlic and onion to give them a nice tangy taste which go perfect with sauces.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Place the burger or sausage mixture into a bowl and add the onion and garlic, stir well together.
- Make up the burger or sausage mixture according to packet instructions.
- Onto a floured surface roll out sausages to desired thickness and length.
- Fry in oil until cooked.
