Buffet,  Sides,  Starter


This BBQ dip brings a more creamy and smoky taste to your condiments. If you have liquid smoke, feel free to add a bit in.


  • 6 ozs 175 grams Silken Tofu
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Soft Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Orange Juice
  • ¼ Tsp Hot Chilli Pepper
  • Juice of Half Lemon


  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve straight away.
