Mushroom Filling for Rolls and Sandwiches

This mushroom spread can be served on its own inside sandwiches and rolls, or with your favourite salad ingredients. It can also work as a side dip.


  • 4, Finely Chopped Mushrooms
  • ¼, Small Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Vegan Margarine
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper


  • Fry the mushrooms and onion in vegan margarine with the black pepper and cook until soft.
  • Place in blender and mix until desired consistency is achieved.
