- Cut the gingerbread in half horizontally and place one piece as the base on a serving dish.
- With the other piece, cut in half vertically. Position these two gingerbread pieces around the base.
- Make up a small amount of icing sugar according to packet instructions and pour onto the base. Decorate with plastic or handmade penguins.
- Cover the whole thing with sifted icing sugar, this will give a snowy look to the cake.
