Soya Mince in Wraps
This is a quick and tasty meal for one or can be made to share with friends, just add your favourite vegetables and enjoy!
- Into a large frying pan put olive oil, mild curry powder, garlic and tomato purée. Mix well together and turn onto a high heat.
- Add the red and green peppers, then stir in the onion. Mix until coated and fry until soft.
- Add the soya mince and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve in wraps.
