Garlic Bread

Great as a starter or served as an accompaniment to a main meal, garlic bread is always a hit and this recipe is quick and easy to do.


  • 2, Small Bread Stick
  • 4 ozs ½ Cup Vegan Margarine
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tsp Mixed Herbs


  • Preheat oven to 190c.
  • Slice the bread sticks diagonally several times.
  • Mix the vegan margarine, garlic paste and mixed herbs well together.
  • Spread the vegan margarine mixture equally between the cuts.
  • Wrap in tin foil and place on a baking tray.
  • Cook for 10 minutes then uncover the tin foil and cook for a further 5 minutes then serve.
