Great as a starter or served as an accompaniment to a main meal, garlic bread is always a hit and this recipe is quick and easy to do.
- Preheat oven to 190c.
- Slice the bread sticks diagonally several times.
- Mix the vegan margarine, garlic paste and mixed herbs well together.
- Spread the vegan margarine mixture equally between the cuts.
- Wrap in tin foil and place on a baking tray.
- Cook for 10 minutes then uncover the tin foil and cook for a further 5 minutes then serve.
