These mushroom eyes require no cooking, are quick and simple to make, and look great on there own or can be put together with other cocktail treats to make a large centre piece on a table. Ingredient amounts vary depending on your taste.
- Place mushrooms onto a cocktail sticks pushing right through.
- On the top of the sticks place either a black olive or a green one to create the effect of an eye ball.
- Cut a small piece of red pepper and push into the middle of a green olive.
- Stick them all onto either a pumpkin or water melon or anything else you can find that is suitable, in our case it is a sweet potato.
Serve with dips.
