Potato wedges are great as a side dish or even as a starter with a few dips, either way they are easy to make and delicious to eat.
- Preheat oven to 190c.
- Wash the potatoes.
- Leave the skins on and cut the potatoes lengthways into wedge shapes.
- Brush all over with olive oil and place onto a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and cook for 30 minutes.
