Potato Wedges

Potato wedges are great as a side dish or even as a starter with a few dips, either way they are easy to make and delicious to eat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2, Medium Potato
  • For Coating Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190c.
  • Wash the potatoes.
  • Leave the skins on and cut the potatoes lengthways into wedge shapes.
  • Brush all over with olive oil and place onto a large baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top and cook for 30 minutes.
