Bombay potatoes are a great favourite, even if you’re not a fan of potatoes this recipe might just change your mind.
- Peel and chop potatoes into desired sizes.
- Place into a saucepan and cover with water, bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or wok on a medium heat. Add mustard powder, chilli powder, black pepper and curry powder, mix well together.
- Add the potatoes, stirring well to coat them and fry until crispy.
